Company Assessment and Company Interview

StepUp Career offers two separate tools for hiring teams.

Company Assessment

Four short workplace situations based on the role and candidate’s confirmed CV. Each situation has an initial question and an answer-linked follow-up with new information. Candidates answer eight questions and make one final submission. Recruiters receive role-specific scores out of ten and a short summary.

Company Interview

A role-based hiring conversation shaped by the job description, candidate-confirmed CV and an editable role rubric. Answer-linked follow-ups explore the candidate’s experience. Recruiters review findings, cited answers, transcript evidence and coverage in the company workspace.

Which hiring tool should our company choose?

Company Assessment explores how candidates approach short workplace situations. Company Interview explores their experience through a conversation. Choose either tool, or include both in one invitation.

What does the candidate see?

Assessment candidates answer the questions and receive a submission acknowledgement. Scores and evaluation reports are available to recruiters, not displayed to the candidate.

How can recruiters follow up?

Review the results, then preview and edit a feedback or rejection email. Choose email only or email with feedback. Nothing is sent automatically when a decision is saved.

How can our company get access?

Send an enquiry to discuss your hiring needs. Company access and available tools are approved separately.

The page includes interactive, fictional examples of both offerings. These examples do not assess real candidates or send emails.
