## Services
StepUpCareer.in provides AI-powered career tools including resume building, ATS optimization, mock interviews, job search, and career mentorship.

## Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person

## Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or in 3/6/12-month plans
- Payments processed through Razorpay
- Cancellation available anytime from your profile page
- Refund policy available at https://stepupcareer.in/refund-policy

## Content
- You retain ownership of your resume and CV content
- AI-generated suggestions are provided as guidance, not guarantees
- We do not guarantee job placement (except under Job Assurance terms)

## Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse AI tools for fraudulent resume content
- Do not share login credentials
- Do not scrape or automate access to the platform
