Choose evidence before choosing words
List the experience most relevant to your target role. For each bullet, record your action, the context and an outcome you can support. Freshers can use coursework, projects or internships; experienced applicants can lead with recent relevant work. Keep titles and dates consistent and proofread the exported file.
Illustrative draft: describe your contribution
A project bullet might read “Built a React dashboard to help the student society track event registrations.” Add scale or results only if you have records to support them. This fictional example demonstrates structure, not an outcome achieved by a user.
What to keep in mind
